Delete your account

Transit Mate, for Android and iPhone

An account is optional. You only have one if you signed in with Google to sync your saved items. If you never signed in, there is nothing to delete: everything you saved is only on your phone, and uninstalling the app removes it.

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Transit Mate and tap the Settings gear.
2. Tap Privacy & data.
3. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

By email (if you no longer have the app)

Email hello@transit-mate.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the Google email address you signed in with. We'll delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account: your Google name, email address and profile photo as stored with us.
• The cloud copy of your saved services, stops, Home, Work and recent searches.

Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. Nothing is kept afterwards. Items saved on your phone stay there until you remove them or uninstall the app.
